Bitsharp Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (“Bitsharp”) is a legal entity incorporated in India and operates several websites (our “Services”) including www.ayushx.com.

The above information is captured using tracking technologies such as cookies (explained in detail below) and is stored with our hosting partner on a shared server.

Information we acquire from social media

We collect information from third-party social networking sites, including information that they provide to us if you use your credentials at such social networking sites to log into some of our Services or websites (such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign-up form). The information you allow us to access varies by social networking site and depends on the level of privacy settings you have in place at the social networking site. How we use your information

Website administrators can generally see and edit your personal information if any on our servers.

Gravatar Services

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to any of our websites, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to these websites can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Business transfers

If Bitsharp, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Bitsharp goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that any acquirer of Bitsharp may continue to use your personal information as outlined in this policy.

Security

The transmission of information via the Internet, email, or text message is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted through the Services or over email; any transmission is at your own risk. Tracking technologies

Cookies installed by WordPress

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you including deletion of your account on our websites. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
