The above information is captured using tracking technologies such as cookies (explained in detail below) and is stored with our hosting partner on a shared server.
Information we acquire from social media
We collect information from third-party social networking sites, including information that they provide to us if you use your credentials at such social networking sites to log into some of our Services or websites (such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign-up form). The information you allow us to access varies by social networking site and depends on the level of privacy settings you have in place at the social networking site. Gravatar Services
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to any of our websites, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to these websites can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Business transfers
If Bitsharp, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Bitsharp goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that any acquirer of Bitsharp may continue to use your personal information as outlined in this policy.
